Product Donations

Flourish Arbonne Foundation is committed to serving non-profit organizations focused on improving youth mental wellbeing in the communities where Arbonne employees and Independent Consultants live and work. We assist non-profit organizations in a variety of ways, including the donation of Arbonne product and surplus merchandise items that are used to enhance fundraising efforts and programs.

We endeavor to accommodate donation requests where appropriate. However, due to the large volume of requests made each month, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.

To submit a request:

At least six (6) weeks prior to the proposed program or event date, the non-profit or charity representative must email the following items to inquiriesfoundation@arbonne.com:

1. Formal request letter detailing:

• Specific Arbonne product(s) you’re requesting and quantity of each
• Reason for requesting those specific products and quantities
• Details on program or event and how the product donation will be utilized in support of either fundraising efforts or program execution
• Date you need to receive product by and address, contact name, phone number and email it should be sent to
• If relevant, Arbonne Independent Consultant name, CID and email address who is sponsoring the request, or Arbonne employee name, title and email address. If your organization mission is not focused on youth mental health, it must be sponsored by an Arbonne employee or Independent Consultant in order to be considered.

2. A valid 501 (c)(3) tax exempt form and valid tax-ID number for your non-profit organization must be provided with your request, or equivalent for international organizations

When submitting a request, please note the following guidelines to better assist you:

• Organization’s focus must be aligned with Flourish Arbonne Foundation’s youth mental wellbeing mission and primarily serve youth ages 6-18.
• Priority will be given to organizations who are sponsored by an Arbonne Independent Consultant or Employee.
• Flourish Arbonne Foundation does not provide:
• Fundraising Event Goody Bag Donations
• Arbonne Nutrition Product Donations
• In order to maintain focus and uphold our charitable status, Flourish Arbonne Foundation does not provide charitable donations to:
• Individuals
• Political Parties
• Religious Groups
• Private Schools
• Third Parties Raising Funds for Charity

Please allow up to one month for a response. Product donation decisions are based upon Arbonne inventory availability, which is reviewed on a monthly basis. For this reason, we may not be able to fulfill your request and/or with the exact items requested but may substitute for similar.
