Courtney landed here at the Arbonne Charitable Foundation® in July 2012 after leading operations at the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) in Orange and Riverside counties. During her tenure at the MDA, Courtney developed and executed strategic fundraising initiatives, event planning, turnkey programs and education. Prior to that, Courtney utilized her expertise in the private sector, where she specialized in events management. Her skills contributed to the success of events and operations at prestigious organizations such as Orange County’s Pacific Symphony, Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club, and Hornblower Cruises & Events.
Courtneyʼs career has focused on helping equip teens with the tools, opportunities, and positive self-esteem to better realize their potential. At Arbonne, she continues to help improve the lives of teenage boys and girls by developing and implementing programs for the Arbonne Charitable Foundation®.
Julia joined the Arbonne Charitable Foundation® staff in January 2015. Having previously worked for a nonprofit organization as a Development, Marketing and Training Manager, Julia is well-versed in planning, organizing, marketing and executing fundraising events. She also brings with her experience working for the International Granting Foundation, and her passion for helping and encouraging others to give back to their communities. She now puts her degree in journalism and mass media to work as the official promoter of the Foundation via social media, and has shone as she assists with Foundation event planning and coordination or multiple aspects of the grant program.
Kaeli joined the Arbonne Charitable Foundation® team as the Fundraising & Development Manager in February 2016, where she oversees the Foundation’s global fundraising initiatives. Kaeli brings a wealth of experience from the nonprofit sector. She began her development career at the LGBT Center Orange County, where she worked tirelessly to provide vital programs for the LGBT community. Prior to coming to Arbonne, she led the annual fundraising initiatives at Girls Inc. of Orange County, a local affiliate of a national organization, which works to inspire all girls to be strong, smart and bold. At Girls Inc., she was able to witness first-hand the impact Arbonne is making on the lives of teens through grant partnerships.
Kaeli has a true passion for making a positive impact in the world around her. She previously volunteered as a certified sexual assault counselor and victim advocate. She holds a number of advanced fundraising certifications and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. As part of the Arbonne family she will work alongside Arbonne Independent Consultants and employees, in order to empower more teens to live confidently and dream big.
Nallely joined the Arbonne Charitable Foundation® team as the Foundation Administrator in October 2016. Nallely’s passion for making a positive impact in the lives of youth has served her well throughout her career. She has gained a wealth of experience while working for organisations such as Girls Incorporated of Orange County, California State University, Fullerton, Children’s Center, and Pomona Elementary School. Prior to coming to Arbonne, Nallely worked as the Development and Volunteer Associate for Girls Inc. of Orange County, which is a local nonprofit organisation that works to inspire all girls to be strong, smart and bold. During her time at Girls Inc., she was able to witness firsthand the impact that organisations like the Arbonne Charitable Foundation are making throughout communities around the world.
Nallely holds a B.S. in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton, which has given her the opportunity to gain experience in areas such as event planning, training, organisation, and database management. At Arbonne, she continues to utilise her skills to encourage teenage boys and girls to believe that Change Starts With Me.
